Doyen-Stille Retractor

Especially during general surgery, the Doyen-Stille Retractor 26 cm – 10 1/4″ is a multifunctional surgical instrument that enables surgeons to pull back soft tissues and enlarge surgical incision borders for exposing their underlying components. During surgical operations when it is necessary to move delicate tissues, the Doyen-Stille Retractor can be used in a variety of ways. First off, the retractor has an L-shaped blade with a right angle. Due to its lengthy shape, the device may easily be slid underneath tight areas. The operating surface of the blade is also slightly concave. This feature provides the best possible view of the operating room. The retractor also has a hollow, teardrop-shaped handle. To ensure a solid grasp, surgeons can place their fingers inside the structure’s fenestrations. Last but not least, there are three working end sizes available for all of our Doyen-Stille retractors. The size can be chosen by the surgeon based on the surgical requirements.
