Pennington Septum Elevator

Pennington Septum Elevator double-ended, sharp, w/ blades to left & right sides, tips 6.0 mm x 9.0 mm & 6.0 mm x 11.0 mm, 8-1/4″ (21.0 cm) Pennington Septum Elevator is a useful tool used in nasal septum surgeries. Two sharp ends of varying size are used to create an incision in the perichondrium and elevate the flap as well as prevent shredding. The physician may alternate between sides of the elevator depending on surgical need.
