The plans include the several aspects of quality management which includes roles and responsibility of stakeholders. It is prepared at the initial stage of the project which is implemented throughout the project. The role of project manager is to maintain the quality of mentoring and coaching. The quality audit is maintained by the quality controller. The testing of quality is maintained by a chief tester. The quality of documentation is maintained by the documentation head.
